To realize that vision, we turned to a land where history, terroir, and winemaking techniques have been perfected over centuries. In Bordeaux, we developed an exclusive blending formula, combining three of Bordeaux's most distinctive and elegant white grape varieties:
Sauvignon Blanc: Delivers the crisp freshness of citrus, cut grass, and a refreshing, sharp acidity.
Sémillon: Plays a balancing role, bringing a round, smooth structure along with the rich flavors of honey and ripe fruits.
This combination creates an elegant white wine style, perfectly balancing structure, freshness, and culinary adaptability—ideally suited to Vietnamese palates and dishes (particularly seafood, fresh spring rolls with herbal notes, or tropical cuisine).
